1. Design and build durable streaming infrastructure that decouples process-data access from the live execution engine.

4. Participate in production support and on-call rotations with SRE and Support teams.

1. At least 7 years of backend engineering experience using Java in distributed or data-intensive systems.

2. Experience with object storage and reliable idempotent upload or commit protocols.
2. 熟悉对象存储及可靠的幂等上传或提交协议。
3. Experience with Kafka or similar event-log systems and strong distributed-systems fundamentals.
3. 熟悉 Kafka 或同类事件日志系统，并具备扎实的分布式系统基础。
4. Proven ability to lead medium-to-large technical initiatives through ambiguity.
4. 能够在高度不确定的环境下推动中大型技术项目。
5. Iceberg, Parquet, RocksDB, Flink, or lakehouse experience is preferred.
