1. Design, build, and maintain backend services for process-data storage and queries.

3. Evolve data processing, retention, and exposure while improving production observability and troubleshooting.
3. 改进数据处理、保留和开放方式，并增强生产环境可观测性及故障排查能力。
4. Own technical initiatives end to end and participate in production support rotations.
4. 端到端负责技术项目，并参与生产支持轮值。

1. At least 7 years of backend engineering experience focused on production data stores.

2. Deep experience with relational databases and Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.

3. Strong knowledge of query performance, indexing, data modeling, and production troubleshooting.

4. Experience leading medium-to-large engineering initiatives end to end.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
